In 2007, Brian obtained his VA Class A General Contractors license. This achievement marked a significant milestone in his career, enabling him to lead R.E. Horner Construction with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of the business. Today, Brian stands at the helm of R.E. Horner Construction, a locally owned and family operated business that has been shaping the landscape of the industry for over five decades.
